COME AND HAVE A GREAT TIME!

From start to finish the level of communication and attention to detail for my son’s laser quest party has been outstanding. Reasonably priced I would say for a children’s party, packed full of fun. Everywhere within Wokingham superbowl was clean and tidy with plenty of staff to help when needed. As a wheelchair user the facilities are brilliant, the disabled toilet was clean, the lift was key operated by a staff member which was good as it was always available to use, disabled parking was very close to the entrance, sliding doors which always make it easier to navigate through. All the children said it was the best party ever and I agree it was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will be back.

Went to laser quest, was really fun so did a double game. Our host, Chloe, was really nice and personable and made sure we got the best out of our experience.

Excellent facilities can get busy but staff were great and plenty of arcade games to keep the lil ones busy after bowling

The first thing me and my big money boys noticed about the special place was the mega pengas in the gym window as we were walking to the rad superbowl. We couldn’t handle the sweat stained tank tops. As the big money boys entered the raddicle arcade room we were flabbergasted and temporarily blinded by the scolding lights. Some big money boys decided to explore upstairs with the loser tag but us big money boys decided to waste all our money, lifesavings and mortgages on the INSANE arcade games. 👾 In the arcade games the big money boys decided to use their HPL skills and cheat there way to riches by climbing into the games. The ladies at the desk were easily conned by our scamming expertise, for 1 of our examples, we had a 30 point ticket and with our metacognition skills we tricked her into giving us a princess pom pom worth 400 – SHOUTOUT to the woman working with a brown ponytail‼️The actual bowling alley was irrelevant to the big money boys as they were to busy wittering their money away. Bit of a slow service, we just ate sweets. Pringles for £2? Sally sells them for a lot less. No longer big money boys, only pennyless money boys. However, the big money boys are happy with the wins🏆

This is my first visit and my family and I just loved the atmosphere. Calm, quiet, lovely settees, clean environment, friendly staff and the arcade has variety. Enjoyed my time there and we will definitely visit again.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. The venue is clean and well looked after. Haven’t played in ages but we had a good time.

We booked for super bowl. Staff member was very friendly. Area was clean. Overall good experience. Mostly people were families there. We had 3 years old and we had no problem. It’s good for families with young kids. Parking can be park into the multistory car park. It’s about £1.50 for an hour. Be careful parking is very narrow.

Liv and Imogen were so helpful. We were late and had wheelchairs and frames so it took us a little longer. At all times they were kind and eye contact with everyone in our party making us all feel valued. They should make videos of their customer care and use them to train others in retail and hospitality who can be less patient with people with disabilities. 10 out of 10. We are definitely coming back.

Despite being short staffed and some technical difficulties the guy with the spiky earrings went absolutely above and beyond. The arcade is in much better repair than most I’ve seen, the drinks are affordable and overall a great experience.

We had a great visit here today, we had fun during the bowling and then headed to the arcade. One of the machines didn’t appear to be working but one of the staff gave us a bunch of extra tickets which was amazing. When we went to collect our prize, the man behind the counter realised we had an odd number of tickets so he rounded them up to avoid an argument between my two boys. They were very grateful and we left with 2 happy children!

We booked the big night out party package, and had a brilliant evening! It was great to have bowling and laser tag, both were super fun. Shout out to Freya, Max and Jack for being great hosts, thank you 🙂

My son had his 9th birthday party here today. A bowling and lazer party. The lady hosting was amazing, who’s name I think was Leanna/Liana. She was a superb host. Making every extra effort with the kids and great communication with me throughout the party. Was super helpful whenever we needed. Kids had a great time. Defo would book again.

Had a really good time at Laser Quest today, did two sessions with 6 of us and it was great! Really enjoyed the room and the mechanics were easy to follow :))

Super helpful staff. I tried to book bowling for my son and his friends very last minute, as part of his birthday fun. The website was playing up and not allowing me to book. I tried to call, the line was always busy so I resorted to an email contact. Well, I received a response within minutes and then had someone call me. I was able to book a lane quickly and the staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive. Thank you.

I just wanted to say thank you very much to the manager for going above and beyond today for us. She was really helpful! Some of the arcades weren’t working properly, taking money and not playing etc… she spent the time to investigate and try to rectify some of the issues, opening up the games and getting her hands dirty! Really made my little girls day! Thank you!
